This Cookie Policy explains how TripleTick, a product operated by Future Condos Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar browser storage on our website at tripletick.ai and our application at app.tripletick.ai. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember information between page loads, such as whether you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way but are not sent to the server with each request. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
We group the cookies we use into three categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for the service to work, such as keeping you signed in. The service cannot function without them.
- Preferences: remember choices you make, such as your language or layout.
- Analytics: help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
2. Cookies on Our Website
Our website at tripletick.ai does not set any cookies and does not load an advertising script. Fonts are served from our own domain.
To understand how the website is used, we measure page views and clicks on its main buttons with Mixpanel, set up so that it stores nothing on your device: no cookie and no local storage. Each page load counts as a new, anonymous visit, so we cannot recognise you when you return. Your IP address is used only to estimate your country and city and is not stored. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is measured. When you follow a link from the website to app.tripletick.ai, that visit's random identifier is added to the link so we can see which pages lead to sign-ups.
The contact page stores your answers to its three questions in your browser's local storage under the key tt-contact-qualifier-v1, so your progress survives a page refresh. This entry stays in your browser, is not sent to us, and remains until you clear your browser storage. It is a preference, not a tracking identifier.
3. Cookies in the TripleTick Application
When you sign in to the application at app.tripletick.ai, the following cookies may be set:

Names shown with angle brackets contain a project or key identifier that is the same for every user. Stripe checkout pages and Meta sign-in dialogs are hosted by those providers on their own domains, and any cookies they set are governed by their own policies.
4. How to Control Cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies and local storage in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the application. Blocking preference cookies means the app will not remember your language, workspace, or layout choices. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect how the service works.
You can also clear the contact page's saved answers by clearing site data for tripletick.ai in your browser.

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
