Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first month of the platform fee is free, and every new account gets $5 in starter credits — enough for ~230 messages or ~20 AI sessions. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my credits run out?
Campaign sends are paused and AI agents stop picking up new conversations. Active AI conversations always finish — we never cut off a lead mid-conversation. Top up anytime to resume instantly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual contracts. Cancel your platform subscription any time — your remaining credits stay available until used.
What does Meta charge separately?
Meta charges a per-conversation fee for WhatsApp Business API messages, billed directly to your WhatsApp Business Account payment method. This is separate from TripleTick's sending fee and varies by recipient country and message category.
Do I pay for failed messages?
No. You are only charged for messages that are successfully delivered. Failed or undelivered messages are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
How does auto-recharge work?
Set a threshold and recharge amount. When your balance drops below the threshold, we automatically charge your saved payment method. If the charge fails, you get a 24-hour grace period with 3 retry attempts before AI agents pause.
